Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately after signup — no card, no commitment. You only enter payment details if you decide to continue.

What counts as an "order"?

Any order that moves through the AI Borta chatbot or order board — regardless of channel (WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, web, etc.). Cancelled orders before confirmation do not count.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrade any time and the new limit takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my order limit?

The bot pauses new orders and notifies you. Existing orders already in progress are not affected. Upgrade your plan to resume immediately.

Is there a setup fee?

Never. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no hidden charges. The monthly price is everything.

Do you take a cut of each order?

No per-order fee from us. If your customers pay by card through Stripe, Stripe charges their standard processing fee (around 2.9% + 30¢) directly to your connected Stripe account.

Can I use my own WhatsApp / Instagram / Messenger accounts?

Yes — that's the entire point. AI Borta is a plugin: your customers always message your real WhatsApp number, your real Instagram account. We never own your channels.

Is there a long-term contract?

Monthly plans cancel any time with no penalty. Annual plans are pre-paid for 12 months (about 17% discount vs monthly) and are non-refundable after 30 days.
